Sankorra provides a cloud-based funeral home management platform that includes case management, workflow automation, billing, compliance tracking, and related services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Collect or harvest any information from other users
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you enter into Sankorra. We do not claim ownership of your content.
We process your data only as necessary to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sankorra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or sending you an email.
Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
